Tom LaRochelle, MBA, BS, CEN, CCRN, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Vice President of Operations for Lighthouse Health Care Partners. He is a member of APIC and is a registered nurse with national certifications in emergency medicine and critical care. Tom is a former flight nurse with 32 years of experience in nursing and leadership roles.
Tom has garnered his clinical and infection prevention experience from both level I trauma centers and community medical centers across the country. This country wide exposure has provided Thomas with infection prevention strategies from a diverse population and the ability to optimize best practices and outcomes.
In his present role Tom is responsible for project management, including education, implementation and product support for best in class infection prevention products for healthcare facilities across the United States.
Tom embraces Lean concepts and philosophy as part of his management style.
